This Tuesday, May 11 …
An In-Depth Look at the Potential Impact the 130th Legislature
Will Have on Maine’s Business Community & Economy
This legislative session is like no other, with new processes in place, and a slew of proposed bills that have the potential to significantly hold back Maine’s economy, make it harder to do business in Maine, and restrict Maine’s ability to attract new businesses and people to our state. As Maine’s economy begins to recover from the COVID-19 pandemic, the stakes have never been higher.
This Tuesday at noon, host Dana Connors and the Maine State Chamber’s Advocacy Team with take an in-depth look at multiple bills under consideration by the Maine Legislature and their potential impact on Maine’s business community and economy.
Also joining Tuesday’s program, Maine & Co. President & CEO Peter DelGreco will share how proposed legislation and policies are affecting Maine’s ability to attract businesses looking to relocate to Maine or expand within Maine.
Mainebiz will share headline business news again this Tuesday, and we will update viewers on top legislative and policy priorities of the week.
