About Sojourn Partners

Sojourn Partners is a conscious company on its own development path.  We have “partners” in our name because we believe in collaborating deeply with community stakeholders to coach and develop exceptional leaders and teams.  Our multi-disciplinary team has been delivering leadership development for over 20 years to empower leaders in their own evolution.
​Program Objectives

We aim to create a growth mindset for tomorrow and provide a deeper level of leadership skills with a focus on your internal leadership growth and an outside perspective that will help you:

  • Drive strategy while bringing teams into alignment towards business goals
  • Understand the culture of organizations and the interconnection of these systems to set sustainable paths for the future
  • Become more influential

​2022 - 2023 Session Details

​This session is presented in 9 meetings (4 in-person meetings and 5 virtual meetings). The in-person meetings are 6 hours in length and the virtual meetings are 2 and a half hours in length. ​
Meeting #1: In-Person  - Leadership Purpose and Application
Tuesday September 20, 2022, 9:00AM-3:00PM
Exploring individual leadership aspirations, motivation and needs. Setting intentions for the program and for building leadership competencies. Initiating Leadership Purpose Statement discovery which is deepened throughout the program. 

Meeting #2: In-Person  - Interpersonal Communication & Leading By Listening
Wednesday, October 26, 2022,  9:00AM-3:00PM
Recognizing the power of different personality types and individual values that drive behavior, decisions and motivation. Incorporating ways to approach people based on their values and needs. Creating self-driven, productive and accountable team members by asking powerful questions, listening deeper and learning to pull information from others rather than push information onto others.

Meeting #3: Zoom Session - Culture and the Interconnection of Our Systems
Thursday November 17, 2022, 10:00AM-12:30PM
Integrating the individual factors into the greater systems that individuals work within. Gauging the climate and culture dials that determine the direction of the organization and navigating through systems thinking and focus.

Meeting #4: Zoom Session - Strategy, Team Alignment
Wednesday, December 14, 2022, 10:00AM-12:30PM
Identifying an executive strategy and engaging team members creativity and knowledge to set an aligned path towards business goals.
​​Meeting #5: Zoom Session - Moving Self & Others Through Change
Wednesday, January 11, 2023, 10:00AM-12:30PM
Managing the emotional transitions of change and applying a model for bringing change forward. 

Meeting #6: Zoom Session - Maximizing Your Internal & External Networks
Wednesday, February 15, 2023, 10:00AM-12:30PM
Engaging and supporting others for the long-haul through relationship building, networking, understanding and sponsorship.

Meeting #7: Zoom Session - Creating Inclusive Environments
Wednesday, March 15, 2023, 10:00AM-12:30PM
Setting the stage for safety, individuality and authentic openness on your team and within your organization.

Meeting #8: In Person - Impact & Influence
Wednesday, April 19, 2023, 9:00AM-3:00PM  
Recognizing and taking accountably for your power to influence positive change in an engaging way.

Meeting #9: In Person - Integration & Graduation
Wednesday, May 17, 2023, 9:00AM-3:00PM
 Combine all learning and experiences towards continuing action plans for leadership and organizational growth.

$2,950/person for multiple people from one organization
$3,750/person for non-Chamber members
