Exploring individual leadership aspirations, motivation and needs. Setting intentions for the program and for building leadership competencies. Initiating Leadership Purpose Statement discovery which is deepened throughout the program.

Interpersonal Communication
Recognizing the power of different personality types and individual values that drive behavior, decisions and motivation. Incorporating ways to approach people based on their personality type and needs.

Leading by Listening
Creating self-driven, productive and accountable team members by asking powerful questions, listening deeper and learning to pull information from others rather than push information onto others.

Combine all learning and experiences towards continuing action plans for leadership and organizational growth.
