2021 - 2022 Session Details
This session is presented in 10 meetings (3 in-person meetings and 7 virtual meetings). The in-person meetings are 6 hours in length and the virtual meetings are 2 and a half hours in length. At this time, the in-person venue is planned for the Augusta, ME area, but due to the uncertainty of the pandemic environment, plans for the venue and even for some of the virtual meetings could shift.

Leadership Purpose and Application Exploring individual leadership aspirations, motivation and needs. Setting intentions for the program and for building leadership competencies. Initiating Leadership Purpose Statement discovery which is deepened throughout the program.
