About Sojourn Partners

Sojourn Partners is a conscious company on its own development path.  We have “partners” in our name because we believe in collaborating deeply with community stakeholders to coach and develop exceptional leaders and teams.  Our multi-disciplinary team has been delivering leadership development for over 20 years to empower leaders in their own evolution.
Program Objectives

Creating a growth mindset for tomorrow.  This program also provides a deeper level of leadership skills with a focus on your internal leadership growth and an outside perspective that will help you to:
  • Increase your confidence as a key contributor to the leadership team and to the health of your organization 
  • Customize your communication so you can learn how to reach different types of people and inspire them into action
  • Create inclusive environments that encourage creativity, diverse thinking and problem solving
  • Let go of doing it all and engage others in driving the mission
  • Sustain yourself and others through long-term obstacles and challenges
  • Remove drama and chaos by understanding yourself, others and the system you are working within
  • Move yourself and others through the transitions of change as smoothly as possible
  • Drive strategy while bringing teams into alignment towards business goals
  • Understand the culture of organizations and the interconnection of these systems to set sustainable paths for the future
  • Become more influential
Session Details

​Interactive sessions will be two or three times per month for 2.5 hours and will consist of the following breakdown of subjects:
 
Meeting #1: Wednesday,  February 3, 2021, 9-11:30am
Leadership Purpose & Application
Exploring individual leadership aspirations, motivation and needs. Setting intentions for the program and for building leadership competencies. Initiating Leadership Purpose Statement discovery which is deepened throughout the program. 
 
Meeting #2: Wednesday, February 17, 2021, 9-11:30am
Interpersonal Communication
Recognizing the power of different personality types and individual values that drive behavior, decisions and motivation. Incorporating ways to approach people based on their personality type and needs. 
 
Meeting #3: Wednesday, March 3, 2021, 9-11:30am
Leading by Listening
Creating self-driven, productive and accountable team members by asking powerful questions, listening deeper and learning to pull information from others rather than push information onto others.  
 
Meeting #4:  Wednesday, March 10, 2021, 9-11:30am
Creating Inclusive Environments
Setting the stage for safety, individuality and authentic openness on your team and within your organization.  
 
Meeting #5:  Wednesday, March 24, 2021, 9-11:30am
Strategy & Team Alignment
Identifying an executive strategy and engaging team members creativity and knowledge to set an aligned path towards business goals.
 
Meeting #6: Wednesday, April 7, 2021, 9-11:30am
Navigating Change and Transitions
A process for change management that addresses the tangible and psychological obstacles of transitions. 
 
Meeting #7: Wednesday, April 21, 2021, 9-11:30am
Managing Relationships in a Hybrid World  
Developing and maintaining authentic and powerful relationships while navigating in-person and virtual environments.
 
Meeting #8: Wednesday, April 28, 2021, 9-11:30am
The Interconnection of Our Systems
Infusing sustainable paths for teams, organizations and the environment through an understanding of systems thinking and focus.
 
Meeting #9: Wednesday, May 12, 2021, 9-11:30am
Impact & Influence
Recognizing and taking accountably for your power to influence positive change in an engaging way.
 
Meeting #10: Wednesday, May 26, 2021, 9-11:30am
Building Resilience for Self and Others
Four core elements to build agility, momentum and productive energy for individuals and teams facing long-term challenges and stressors. 
 
Meeting #11: Wednesday, June 9, 2021, 9-11:30am
Leadership Courage
Understanding leadership norms overtime and how they have pivoted to meet emerging needs. Defining participants’ mindset, core strength and courage needed while facing the leadership challenges of today. 
 
Meeting #12: Wednesday, June 16, 2021, 9-11:30am
Integration & Graduation
Combine all learning and experiences towards continuing action plans for leadership and organizational growth.
