Education Leaders Experience (ELE) is a yearlong, unique professional development program for education leaders in Maine. ELE, developed and funded by Unum, is designed to connect Maine’s education leaders with business and policy leaders and employers around the state. Educate Maine administers the program for Unum in partnership with Maine Principals’ Association, and University of New England online.
