How do we determine what is reliable data, and understand that data to help inform policies, proposals, innovation, and ultimately, achieve success and meet our goals? On Monday, December 11, 2023, from 10:00am to 11:15am, the University of Maine, Science is US, and the Maine State Chamber of Commerce will host an educational webinar - “Data Literacy 101” - on key concepts related to understanding how to read, utilize, and leverage data to make well-informed, data-driven decisions resulting in successful outcomes. Join us and panelists from the University of Maine, the University of Southern Maine, the Maine Mathematics and Science Alliance, Science is US and more, for an introduction to data literacy - both generally and topically - through applied examples and resource sharing.
