Please join us June 13 9:00 to 10:30 am for this year's Maine State Chamber of Commerce Education and Workforce Development Forum. The 2022 Making Maine Work report highlighted the tremendous need to grow our workforce to meet the demands of our economy. Maine's 10-Year Economic Development Strategy has guided us on key investments and outlined strategies to grow local talent and attract new talent to Maine. This session will bring together panelists to discuss innovative models and training programs to prepare our current and future workforce for great jobs in Maine. We will be joined by Jason Judd, Educate Maine Executive Director, Mike Felton, St. George MSU Superintendent, Joan Ferrini-Mundy, First Vice-Chancellor of Research & Innovation with the University of Maine System and Charlie Collins, Deputy Executive Director for Workforce Training at Maine’s Community College System.
