Webinar 41 - January 12, 2022

Navigating OSHA’s New Vaccine Mandate ETS

Wednesday, January 12, 2022 10:00 AM - 11:15 AM EST

President Biden’s Executive Order directing OSHA to establish an Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) requiring employers with more than 100 employees to mandate their employees be vaccinated has generated both comments and questions. This is especially true given the differing court opinions on the legality of the mandate.  However, the recent Sixth Circuit Court ruling allowing the order to go forward means that employers have even less time to comply, or face the consequences.  We want to help you with some of the more confusing elements of the new rule, as well as make sure you know the deadlines for compliance. Join us for a lively discussion and Q&A with Anne-Marie Storey, attorney at Rudman Winchell, about the obligations and requirements of the new OSHA Emergency Temporary Standard on COVID Vaccination and Testing and whether and how they apply to your business.

The webinar is free, all you need to do is register.  Join us on Wednesday, January 12th, 2022, at 10 A.M. for this free webinar.
