Wednesday, January 12, 2022 10:00 AM - 11:15 AM EST President Biden’s Executive Order directing OSHA to establish an Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) requiring employers with more than 100 employees to mandate their employees be vaccinated has generated both comments and questions. This is especially true given the differing court opinions on the legality of the mandate. However, the recent Sixth Circuit Court ruling allowing the order to go forward means that employers have even less time to comply, or face the consequences.
