On the Horizon: What to expect in the 130th Legislative Session

The 129th Legislative Session ended abruptly last March due to the COVID-19 pandemic. With the 130th Legislature now sworn-in and ready to get to work, there are many unresolved issues left over from the 129th session to be addressed, along with new issues that have arisen and approximately 2,000 bill titles filed so far.
