Webinar: What to Know About the One Big Beautiful Bill

This webinar will provided businesses and individuals with an overview of the major tax provisions in the One Big Beautiful Bill (otherwise known as "OB3").

Guest speakers for this webinar included:  

Geoff Baur - Vice President IDEXX Laboratories, Inc. where he has been leading their tax function for the past 23 years. In this role he is responsible for administering IDEXX’s U.S. and global tax obligations for income taxes, property taxes and indirect (sales) taxes.  As IDEXX operates in all 50 states and over 30 countries, Geoff has had experience with numerous tax systems which has given him insight as to the effectiveness of differing policies and the practical impact they have on both taxpayers and tax administrators as they seek to comply with such programs.

Jim Rogers - President and CEO of several Information Technology services companies based in Maine.  ProInfoNet, founded in 1995 provides nationwide IT consulting, and telecom network design, implementation and management.   HealthConnect Networks is devoted to bringing low-cost Broadband services to non-profit health care providers across the United States in conjunction with Healthcare Connect Fund subsidies.  Mission Broadband helps municipalities bring Broadband to homes and businesses across rural America.

John E. Hadwen, CPA - Tax Principal at Albin Randall & Bennett with expertise in tax consulting, planning, and compliance for both businesses and individuals, specializing in industries like automotive dealerships, construction, real estate, and manufacturing. He helps clients navigate complex tax situations, offering tailored strategies for tax efficiency, business transactions, and entity structuring.

Neil Bradley - Executive Vice President, Chief Policy Officer, and Head of Strategic Advocacy at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, where he leads the Chamber’s policy, political, and advocacy efforts. He has helped shape hundreds of major policy debates and frequently appears on national media to represent the business community. Prior to joining the Chamber, Bradley spent nearly two decades in senior roles in the U.S. House of Representatives, including as Deputy Chief of Staff to Majority Leaders Kevin McCarthy and Eric Cantor. He is a Georgetown University graduate and serves on several nonprofit boards.
