The Maine State Chamber launches “The Maine Take with Dana Connors” with special guest, U.S. Senator Susan Collins

Beginning February 1, the weekly public affairs program will livestream Monday afternoons
 
The Maine State Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce the February 1 launch of The Maine Take with Dana Connors, a weekly public affairs and current events livestream program hosted by Maine State Chamber President and CEO Dana Connors. U.S. Senator Susan Collins will be Connors’ special guest on the inaugural episode, livestreaming this Monday, February 1 at 3:00 p.m. The Maine Take will livestream every Monday thereafter from 3:00 p.m. to approximately 3:45 p.m. on the Maine State Chamber’s website and on YouTube.

      The Maine Take with Dana Connors will share timely information and tackle issues and policies that impact Maine’s economy and business community. The program’s format will include a summary of top economic news, updates on the COVID-19 pandemic, and state and federal legislative and policy updates that impact Maine employers. The program also will feature in-depth discussions with special guests each week on important issues and current events.
      “We are excited to launch The Maine Take and are especially honored Sen. Susan Collins is the special guest for our launch,” said Dana Connors, president and CEO of the Maine State Chamber of Commerce. “The Maine Take comes at a time when sharing information is particularly relevant considering COVID-19’s impact on Maine’s economy and employers, and when we are experiencing new challenges in policy making and legislative processes due to the pandemic. We look forward to hosting important discussions on priority business issues and sharing key updates each week.”

In the meantime, please mark your calendars for 3:00 p.m. this Monday, February 1, 2021 and on Mondays at 3:00 p.m. thereafter. In the event of a Monday holiday, The Maine Take with Dana Connors will livestream at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
